Ancient Wisdom
Yoga is far more than physical exercise — it is a timeless science of life and the art of living in harmony. Derived from the Sanskrit word "Yuj", meaning to unite, yoga brings together the body, mind, intellect, and spirit.
Universal moral values that guide how we relate to others, including non-violence, truthfulness, non-stealing, moderation, and non-possessiveness.
Personal practices that cultivate inner growth through purity, contentment, discipline, self-study, and surrender to a higher purpose.
Steady and comfortable postures that develop strength, flexibility, balance, and physical well-being while preparing the body for meditation.
Conscious regulation of the breath to balance Prana (life force), calm the nervous system, and enhance vitality and mental clarity.
Turning the awareness inward by gently disengaging from external distractions, creating space for inner stillness.
Training the mind to focus on a single point, cultivating steadiness, attention, and mental discipline.
A continuous, effortless flow of awareness that brings profound calm, insight, and inner peace.
The highest state of yoga, where the individual experiences complete absorption, inner freedom, and union with the universal consciousness.

About me
Welcome to Y-Yoga Sadhana – Connect with Your Inner Self.
I believe yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a way of life that transforms the body, calms the mind, awakens inner energy, and nourishes the soul. My journey began over a decade ago as a personal practice and grew into a lifelong purpose: helping others discover balance, healing, and their highest potential.
I hold a Master's degree (M.Sc.) and am a Certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist, Wheel Yoga Instructor, and Sound & Mantra Healing Practitioner, Kundalini Yoga Practitioner.
I teach people of all ages and abilities, from children and seniors to athletes and corporate professionals, guided by one belief: Yoga should be accessible, meaningful, and transformative for everyone.
My vision is to help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, sound, and the intelligent management of our inner energy, so you can experience greater health, clarity, resilience, and inner peace.
“Yoga is not just something we practise — it is something we live.”

"I am doing yoga with Yamini from last two years. Her calm and serene personality complements her role as a yoga teacher. She has the skill to cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced students, in a single class, and an exceptional knack for quickly advancing her beginner students. Her natural affinity for yoga adds to the authenticity of the classes."
"Yoga every day is good. Yoga in the morning open place while sun raises is amazing. Yoga with your friends is beautiful. Yamini covers both yoga and breathing techniques and explains the benefits of deep breathing. On and off I do yoga with her from past two years. She encouraged me that I can do more and be regular. It is good to have one person who reminds us on fitness and yoga. Thanks for being flexible to join our class, I recommend every one join class and get the benefits in our 40s."
